HOW YOU PAY

We do the work. You pay for results.

You pay for results we can prove.

TwinEdge is a team of reliability, physics and AI experts. We do the reliability work on your pumps and other critical equipment. You start with a fixed-fee pilot. Then you pay a monthly fee and a fee for verified results.

01 / PILOTStart here

90-day pilot

One site. One group of assets. A fixed price and a clear finish line.

Fixed fee

Quoted per site

Start with one site
  • We agree the baseline with you in week one
  • A one-page report every week
  • Findings reviewed by a TwinEdge engineer before you see them
  • A joint review of verified results at day 90
  • Part of the pilot fee is credited against the first year
02 / MONTHLY

We run it for you

A named engineer watches your equipment and keeps the repair list moving.

Monthly fee

Per site or asset group

Talk to us
  • A named reliability engineer
  • A weekly report on a fixed day
  • Response times written into the contract
  • Your planner approves every job
  • Your crew or a partner does the repair
03 / RESULTS

A fee for results

You pay more only when the meter shows we earned it.

Share of verified savings

Or a set price per verified early catch

See how we prove it
  • Savings counted against the agreed baseline, at the same output
  • A minimum and a cap
  • The outcome ledger holds the count
  • The clock pauses when your sensors or network are down
  • A dispute process is part of the contract

We do not put a savings percentage on anything until we have your baseline.

HOW A FEE IS WORKED OUT

Four lines. No surprises.

Every number comes from the outcome ledger. You see the same ledger we do.

Verified savingBaseline energy minus measured energy, at the same output
Success feeVerified saving × the agreed share, with a minimum and a cap
Per early catchAgreed price × catches that were found, approved and closed with field evidence
Monthly billMonthly fee + success fee

WHAT COUNTS AS A RESULT

Things you can count and check.

We do not bill for a failure that did not happen. Nobody can show you that.

Verified early catch

A fault we found, a job you approved, and a job closed with field evidence.

Verified energy saving

kWh against the baseline, adjusted for output, weather and production.

Finished task

One sewer segment coded and reviewed, or one regulatory report drafted for sign-off.

HOW WE PROVE IT

Baseline, measure, verify, record.

The method is public. Read it here.

Baseline

Agreed in week one.

Same-output comparison

Flow, load and weather taken out.

Report you can audit

Every finding and closeout is time-stamped.

Outcome ledger

Baseline against measured. The meter for the success fee.

START WITH ONE SITE

One site. One fixed fee.
Results you can check.

The pilot runs 90 days on one pump station or one plant. We agree how a result is counted before we begin. You approve every job and every dollar.

  1. 01 / WEEKS 1 TO 2

    Connect and agree the baseline

    • Read-only access to the readings you already have.
    • We pick the assets and load their nameplate data into the twin.
    • We agree the baseline with you in writing: data sources, approvers and what counts as a result.
  2. 02 / WEEKS 3 TO 6

    Watch and find

    • The twin works out what every reading should be, all day.
    • A TwinEdge engineer reviews each finding before you see it.
    • You get a one-page report every week.
  3. 03 / WEEKS 7 TO 12

    Fix and prove

    • We write each job with the cause, the parts and the steps. Your planner approves it.
    • Your crew or a partner does the repair.
    • We compare the meter with the baseline at the same output, and review the results together at day 90.

What we need from the site

  • Read-only readings from SCADA, a historian, a meter or a CSV export.
  • The asset list for one site, with nameplate data where you have it.
  • One person who approves jobs and one who speaks for operations.
  • Maintenance history, if it exists. We can start without it.

What you get

The outcome ledgerOne line per result. Baseline against measured, with who approved it and the closeout evidence.
A weekly reportOne page. What the twin saw, what we found, what is waiting for your approval.
Findings with a causeEach one has a date, a named cause and the cost of leaving it.
Job write-upsCause, parts and steps, ready for your planner.
A day-90 reviewWe open the ledger with you and count the verified results together.

The fixed fee, and how it converts

Fixed fee
Quoted before we start. No per-seat or per-sensor charges.
Credit back
If we do not find the agreed number of verified, approved issues, we credit part of the pilot fee.
If you continue
Part of the pilot fee is credited against year one. Then a monthly fee and a fee for verified results.
If you stop
You keep the ledger and the reports.

Want your team to run it?

We still sell the software on its own. Plans start at $$3,750 a month, billed annually.

A FEW MORE DETAILS

Questions, answered.

Works with your existing systems.
Free migration if you choose to switch.

What if you do not save anything?

Then there is no success fee. You pay the pilot fee, and the monthly fee if you continue. If we do not find the agreed number of verified, approved issues in the 90 days, we credit part of the pilot fee.

How much does the pilot cost?

The pilot is a fixed fee that we quote for your site and asset group before we start. Tell us what you run and we will send the number.

How do you measure a saving?

We agree a baseline in week one, adjusted for output, weather and production. After the repair we compare the meter with it. The outcome ledger records both numbers, and you can audit every line.

Do you promise a savings percentage?

No. We do not put a percentage on it until we have your baseline. After that, the contract says how savings are counted and what the cap is.

Who does the repair?

Your crew, or a partner we work with. We write the job, check the cause and prove the result.

Do I have to give up my CMMS or SCADA?

No. We read from the systems you already run. If you want to switch to something else, migration is free.

What can I count on from a failure I never had?

Nothing. We do not bill for failures that did not happen. We bill for catches that were found, approved and closed, and for energy the meter shows.

Can I just buy the software?

Yes. If you prefer to run it yourself, see the software plans on this page, or talk to us about a custom setup.
