Gateway Architecture

Unified OPC UA Namespace

Every connected protocol is surfaced as a standard OPC UA node. Third-party SCADA systems can browse the entire plant through a single endpoint on port 4840.

Automatic Tag Mapping

Point the gateway at a PLC IP and it auto-discovers registers, coils, and objects. Tag names, units, and scaling factors are inferred from device descriptors or imported via CSV.

Sub-10ms Hot Path

Critical tags bypass the storage pipeline and route directly to the ML engine and alarm evaluator. Configurable priority levels ensure safety-critical signals are never delayed.
